4. Pricing & Currency (KSh)
All prices stated across our digital storefront are expressly denominated in Kenya
Shillings (KSh / KES) and encompass applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) in
accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) mandates, unless explicitly designated
otherwise at checkout.
We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing, promotional discount caps, and bundle bundles
at any point without retrospective liability on settled settlements.

5. Orders & Acceptance
Your dispatch of an online basket order serves as an offer to acquire our goods. Order

and physical courier dispatch scan.

CLAUSE 07
7. Delivery & Risk of Loss
We execute urban fulfilment within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area (Westlands, Karen, Kilimani,
Lavington, Runda, Gigiri, and environs) via dedicated courier dispatch, with typical transit
within 24 to 48 hours. Regional deliveries outside Nairobi are coordinated via certified
regional carrier partnerships.
Risk of product loss and physical title shift to you at the instant of handover at your
specified residential or commercial delivery address.
CLAUSE 08
8. Returns & Guarantees
We stand resolutely behind the ergonomic and structural integrity of our wares. If an apparel
piece fails to properly fit your pet, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar
days from delivery, contingent upon:

9. Intellectual Property
The "Mambo Pawsitory" trademark, graphical emblems, signature beadwork geometric
configurations, editorial compositions, and digital product packaging constitute exclusive
intellectual assets owned by Mambo Pawsitory Kenya Ltd and shielded by the Kenya Industrial
Property Institute (KIPI) statutes. Reproduction or unauthorized digital republishing is
strictly proscribed.
CLAUSE 10
10. Limitation of Liability
To the furthest threshold sanctioned under Kenyan law, Mambo Pawsitory shall not be liable for
incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from pet chew-through
destruction of leashes, misuse contrary to sizing guides, or rare individualized pet allergic
responses to natural snack ingredients. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed
the price paid for the specific item in contention.
CLAUSE 11
11. Dispute Resolution
Any contention or dispute arising out of or regarding this agreement shall first undergo
informal, amicable conciliation facilitated via our Customer Care Concierge within thirty
(30) days.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and conclusively resolved by
binding arbitration under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) Rules,
before a single arbitrator seated in Nairobi, Kenya.
